Entscheidungsnavi v6.2

At the end of the year, we updated the decision navi to version 6.2. The biggest new feature in this update is our revised submission process for the bonus projects. Also, the tool now displays a message when there is a new version that the user should update to. Lastly, we have again fixed some minor bugs and made optimizations to the user interface that should make working with the decision navi even more intuitive.
