Entscheidungsnavi in Version 4.0

After a lot of work it's finally done: Version 4.0 is online with many improvements and additions! The effect model is now more manageable, the uncertainty factors and the scales are all integrated in the result matrix. Many users had wished that objectives could be measured with indicators. This is now implemented. The commenting functions have now become particularly user-friendly. Another important innovation is a sensitivity analysis, which was certainly missing until now. But there is still more ... it's worth taking a look.
